Monday Night Skills Training - Term 2

Monday nights at the Dingoes are all about sharpening the fundamentals. Our skills sessions focus on the core building blocks of the game - first touch, passing, dribbling, 1v1s and decision-making - in a fun, supportive environment that encourages players to try, fail, and grow.

Open to players across our Under 8s through Under 15's, sessions are led by club coaches under the guidance of our Director of Football, Dylan Burns, and designed to complement your regular team training.

Whether you're just starting out or working toward the next level, Monday skills training is a great way to get more touches on the ball, build confidence, and enjoy football with your mates!

Term 2 Monday Skills Training will run Monday evenings from 5:00pm to 6:00pm Monday 20th April to Monday June 22nd.

Coaches

The role of a coach is to assist players in developing to their true potential both individually and as a team. The Coach is responsible for training players, analysing performance, instructing in football skills, providing encouragement, but most importantly being a role model in the players' eyes.

We are keen to support our coaches, so please do keep and eye on our Social Media, Club News and the website for training sessions, education updates, clinics and social get togethers etc.

Coaching Duties

Coaching is an incredibly rewarding and fun pursuit, leading to strong friendships in the parent circle and cementing your contribution into our Community. A Coach can typically be called upon to:

  • be responsible for player and team development
  • planning and executing training
  • developing football skills and a love of the game
  • picking a team
  • helping the Team Manager pick Player of the Match
