The role of a coach is to assist players in developing to their true potential both individually and as a team. The Coach is responsible for training players, analysing performance, instructing in football skills, providing encouragement, but most importantly being a role model in the players' eyes.

Coaching Duties
Coaching is an incredibly rewarding and fun pursuit, leading to strong friendships in the parent circle and cementing your contribution into our Community. A Coach can typically be called upon to:
- be responsible for player and team development
- planning and executing training
- developing football skills and a love of the game
- picking a team
- helping the Team Manager pick Player of the Match

Blue Card
All coaches must have a Blue Card. These details are recorded with Queensland Government and the Club. These are free of charge as a Volunteer.
